1. General Health Assurance

At Myles Elite French Bulldogs, we take pride in breeding healthy, well-socialized puppies. All puppies are raised in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment.

At the time of sale, each puppy is:

  • In good general health
  • Free from visible signs of illness
  • Vet-checked by a licensed veterinarian
  • Up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations
  • Dewormed according to a regular schedule

Documentation of veterinary care will be provided to the buyer.

2. Initial Health Guarantee (72 Hours)

The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

If the veterinarian determines that the puppy is clinically ill or unfit for sale at the time of purchase:

  • The Buyer must notify the Seller immediately
  • A written veterinary report must be provided

The Buyer may then choose:

  • A full refund upon return of the puppy, or
  • A replacement puppy (if available)

Failure to obtain a veterinary examination within 72 hours voids this portion of the guarantee.

3. Genetic Health Guarantee (12 Months)

This puppy is guaranteed against serious hereditary or congenital defects for a period of 12 months from the date of birth.

Covered conditions include:

  • Life-threatening genetic disorders
  • Severe congenital abnormalities that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life

If such a condition is diagnosed:

  • It must be confirmed in writing by a licensed veterinarian
  • The Seller may request a second opinion at the Seller’s expense

Remedy options include:

  • Replacement puppy of equal value, or
  • Partial or full refund (at the Seller’s discretion)

4. Exclusions

This health guarantee does not cover:

  • Minor conditions (e.g., mild allergies, parasites, or non-life-threatening issues)
  • Injuries or illnesses caused by accidents, neglect, or improper care
  • Conditions resulting from poor diet, lack of exercise, or environmental factors
  • Stress-related illnesses after relocation
  • Any condition arising after the guarantee period

5. Buyer Responsibilities

To keep this guarantee valid, the Buyer agrees to:

  • Provide proper nutrition, housing, and care
  • Maintain regular veterinary check-ups and vaccinations
  • Avoid overexertion or unsafe environments during early development
  • Not use the puppy for breeding unless agreed in writing

Failure to meet these responsibilities may void the guarantee.

6. Return Policy

If a return is necessary:

  • The puppy must be returned to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense
  • The puppy must not be euthanized without written consent from the Seller (except in emergency situations)
  • All veterinary records must be provided

8. No Additional Guarantees

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • Adult size or weight
  • Temperament (as it is influenced by environment and training)
  • Breeding ability or show quality unless explicitly stated

9. Agreement

By purchasing a puppy from Myles Elite French Bulldogs, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Health Guarantee.
